Senior Workday consultant responsible for leading Learning module design, configuration, and client engagement. Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Learning solutions, including learning programs, content management, certifications, compliance training, and learner engagement strategies. Acts as a functional SME, drives client discussions, and ensures high-quality delivery across projects.

• Lead configuration of Workday Learning modules (Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, Certifications) • Design and implement learning strategies, compliance training frameworks, and learner journeys • Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions • Own business process configuration for learning workflows (enrollments, approvals, completions) • Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, and deployment readiness • Provide guidance on learning analytics, compliance tracking, and certification management • Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables • Collaborate with reporting teams for dashboards and learning analytics • Support release planning and adoption of new Workday Learning features
