We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, visually compelling product experiences from concept to launch. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn user needs into elegant, functional interfaces.

Lead end-to-end design process — research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings into design decisions Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides Collaborate with engineers during implementation and conduct design QA Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns Present and defend design decisions with data and user insight Iterate based on analytics, A/B testing results, and user feedback

3+ years of UI/UX or product design experience Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile design Experience with user research and usability testing Understanding of design systems and accessibility (WCAG) Ability to present rationale clearly to stakeholders
