We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) to support the implementation and operationalization of strategic security initiatives within the Privileged Access Management (PAM) and AI Security programs. This role will serve as a bridge between Security, Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring that requirements, processes, integrations, and implementation activities are clearly documented and effectively delivered. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, developing implementation and testing documentation, supporting user adoption efforts, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful rollout of new enterprise security platforms and capabilities.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis • Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain business, functional, technical, and security requirements. • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand current-state and future-state processes. • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical requirements. • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and process improvement opportunities related to platform implementations. PAM Program Support • Document requirements for PAM onboarding, integrations, account migration activities, and operational processes. • Define use cases, workflows, and business processes supporting privileged access governance. • Collaborate with Security Engineering and platform vendors to validate requirements and implementation approaches. • Support development and execution of migration plans, operating procedures, and platform adoption strategies.

5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology implementations. • Experience gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements. • Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process flows, use cases, testing artifacts, and operational procedures. • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, identity, or security-related projects. • Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with both technical and business stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Vision. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), cybersecurity, or compliance initiatives. • Familiarity with Non-Human Identity (NHI), AI Security, service accounts, secrets management, or machine identity concepts. • Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical services. • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar project and requirements management tools. • Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
