We are seeking a highly skilled System Data Analyst – Steward Partner with strong expertise in SQL and a deep understanding of data within the BFSI / Broker-Dealer domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, understanding vendor data structures, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and visualization.

Thoroughly understand and interpret data file layouts from external vendors and business partners Perform in-depth data analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and business relevance Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track KPIs and business metrics Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights Conduct business analysis to support financial services operations and decision-making Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems

Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory) Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the BFSI / Broker-Dealer domain Solid understanding of financial services data and workflows Hands-on experience in business analysis projects Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
