We’re looking for a talented professional with strong expertise in MS SQL Server, Database Administration, Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery.

Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases. Perform database upgrades, migrations, patches, and security configurations. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot slow queries / bottlenecks. Manage backups, restores, disaster recovery, and high availability (HA/DR). Implement performance tuning and query optimization. Handle user access, security policies, and role-based permissions. Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to support database needs. Ensure data integrity, reliability, and availability across environments.

Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server (2012/2016/2019). Expertise in SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Tuning, and Execution Plans. Experience with Always On Availability Groups, Clustering, Replication, Log Shipping. Good understanding of Backup/Restore strategies and Disaster Recovery planning. Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, or Azure SQL is an added advantage. Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
