We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and should be capable of designing scalable, secure, and integrated ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. This is an architecture-focused role, not a pure development role. Candidates should have experience defining solution architecture, leading implementations, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise customers. Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices for ServiceNow implementations. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and platform enhancement projects. Define integration architecture with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure platform scalability, security, governance, and performance. Review technical designs and mentor development teams. Drive ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and architecture governance.

8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience. Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Solution Architect. Strong architecture and implementation experience in ITSM. Hands-on experience in at least 3 or more of the following ServiceNow modules: oITOM oHRSD oFSO (Financial Services Operations) oIRM / GRC oITAM and SecOps Experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, or IntegrationHub. Strong stakeholder management and solution design experience.
