We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy, with the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across various domains Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and networking Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates based on technical and functional fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams Utilize ATS tools for candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting Manage job postings and optimize job board usage for better reach and conversions Analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Technical / Core Skills: Strong proficiency in ATS tools and recruitment systems Expertise in sourcing techniques and talent mapping Experience in job board management and candidate pipeline building Knowledge of data analysis and recruitment metrics Strong interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation skills Functional Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies Strong experience in interview coordination and stakeholder management Expertise in candidate assessment and selection Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
