The Senior Architect has a direct reporting line to the Head of Architecture but is also accountable (dotted reporting line) to the Delivery Head & Lead (aka Matrix Manager) in the business/functional domain that is being served. The Senior Architect is expected to possess deep technical expertise, potential leadership qualities & be solution oriented with a core focus on contributing to building products that balance Functional Requirements, Customer/User Experience, Performance, Reliability, Resiliency & Security. This specific role requires an individual, at the core to be a Network Architect, with strong foundations in Networking, Network Security & Technologies with respect to the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) and/or e-Commerce domains.

1.Develop and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices 2.Design and implement end-to-end solutions for requirements from product owners and business stakeholders 3.Develop high-level and detailed designs for network and security architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Data Center, and Cloud Networking) 4.Design secure network architectures with segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, ZTNA, and network access control solutions 5.Collaborate with security teams to perform risk assessments and integrate threat modeling into network designs. 6.Design cloud connectivity and security (e.g., VPC, VNet, hybrid interconnects, cloud firewalls, and security groups) 7.Lead network and security deployment, migration, and transformation projects. 8.Develop security policies for network devices and ensure compliance with frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, etc.) 9.Optimize performance through capacity planning, QoS, and traffic engineering. 10.Create detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, standards, and operational procedures

1.Expertise in enterprise-grade routing, switching, and network segmentation. 2.Strong understanding of network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC, WAF, Proxy and ZTNA 3.Experience with cloud networking and security across public cloud providers (e.g., VPC, VNet, hybrid connectivity, cloud security controls) 4.Proficiency in load balancing, traffic engineering, and application delivery technologies 5.Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS) 6.Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) for network and security configuration
