We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect – Core Banking to lead the architecture and technology direction for large-scale banking platforms and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Core Banking experience, combined with expertise in enterprise-scale solution architecture, banking integrations, cloud-native technologies, security and architecture governance.

Core Banking Architecture Design and lead end-to-end architecture for Core Banking solutions across large-scale banking environments. Demonstrate strong understanding of core banking concepts including customer/account management, CASA, deposits, lending, loans, transactions and banking products. Work with core banking platforms such as Finacle or equivalent platforms such as Temenos/T24, FLEXCUBE, Finastra, FIS, TCS BaNCS, etc. Lead modernization, transformation, integration and migration initiatives involving Core Banking platforms. Design solutions that are resilient, highly available, scalable, secure and reliable for mission-critical banking workloads. Demonstrate experience delivering or architecting multiple large-scale Core Banking implementations Solution Architecture & Design Own the complete Solution Architecture lifecycle, from requirements analysis through HLD, LLD and implementation. Define appropriate architecture patterns, principles, standards and reusable architecture blueprints. Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions based on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, maintainability and cost. Identify and document architecture trade-offs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Review solution designs and provide architectural guidance to engineering and delivery teams. Ensure that proposed solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture. Strong Banking / BFSI domain experience. Proven experience in Core Banking architecture and implementations. Experience with Finacle or another major Core Banking platform. Strong understanding of Core Banking concepts and banking products. Experience in end-to-end HLD/LLD and Solution Architecture ownership. Experience with architecture governance, design reviews, architecture standards and reusable patterns. Strong experience in banking integrations, APIs and distributed systems. Hands-on understanding of ISO 8583 and banking transaction processing. Exposure to banking/payment switches and third-party banking integrations. Strong knowledge of microservices and cloud-native architecture. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP or equivalent cloud technologies. Strong understanding of security architecture and secure-by-design principles. Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders. Ability to lead architecture discussions and defend technical decisions.
