We are Looking for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Data Scientist, specializing in Text Mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI. This role sits at the intersection of applied data science and client consulting — the Text Mining Scientist (TMS) acts as a bridge between enterprise database teams and business/functional stakeholders, translating business problems into technical solutions and driving them from concept through production deployment. The ideal candidate combines deep NLP/ML expertise with full-cycle project delivery experience and a growing command of Generative AI technologies.

Solution Development & Delivery Develop transformative AI/ML solutions addressing client business requirements and challenges Own full project delivery: data pre-processing, model training and evaluation, parameter tuning Conceptualize, design, build, and develop solution algorithms that meet functional requirements within tight timelines Work with digital development teams to transform algorithms into production-quality applications Client & Stakeholder Engagement Manage stakeholder and customer expectations throughout project lifecycle Interact with clients to collect, synthesize, and propose requirements Create effective analytics/text mining roadmaps aligned to business needs Understand business requirements and translate them into technical GenAI solutions Project Ownership Lead project blueprinting, documentation, and project plan creation Manage delivery across the full lifecycle: business use case → assessment/roadmap → solutioning → implementation → change management Generative AI & Innovation Design, implement, and manage Generative AI solutions in collaboration with service line teams Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to build innovative GenAI solutions Research cutting-edge industrial and academic developments in AI/ML, NLP, and NLU across industries (CPG, Finance, etc.) Conduct applied research across text analytics and ML projects; contribute to patents and publications

Minimum Qualifications MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering Relevant experience in Text Mining/NLP tools, Data Science, Big Data, and algorithms Full-cycle experience in at least one large-scale Text Mining/NLP project Familiarity with Generative AI technologies; ability to design and implement GenAI solutions LLM/MLOps knowledge, with at least one deployment experience preferred Experience with at least one cloud computing platform Strong Python programming skills (Java a plus) Technology Skills Open-source NLP toolkits: NLTK, OpenNLP, OpenCalais, StanfordNLP, GATE, UIMA, Lucene Cloud-based NLU tools: DialogFlow, MS LUIS Statistical toolkits: Weka, S-Plus, Matlab, SAS Text Miner Hadoop and map-reduce framework development experience GenAI tools and frameworks Methodology & Domain Solutioning and consulting experience in verticals such as BFSI and CPG Solid foundation in AI methodologies: ML, DL, NLP, Neural Networks, Information Retrieval/Extraction, NLG, NLU Experience delivering text analytics on large structured and unstructured datasets
