We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer to support both project delivery and production support activities. The role involves designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration solutions and APIs within Agile delivery teams. The candidate will also provide production support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design · Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. · Create UML diagrams and technical design artifacts. · Define integration architecture and best practices. Development & Engineering · Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core. · Build APIs and integration workflows & automation workflows. · Implement event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns. · Ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development practices. DevOps & Deployment · Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. · Manage source code using Git. · Support automated deployments across environments. Agile Delivery · Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives. · Contribute to effort estimation and sprint commitments. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Production Support · Support L1/L2 teams in incident resolution. · Provide L3 support and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). · Ensure SLA adherence and system stability. · Drive continuous improvements in performance and reliability. Documentation · Prepare technical documents and release notes. · Maintain runbooks and operational guides. · Perform knowledge transfer to support teams.

· Strong experience in C# and .NET Core. · Expertise in API and integration development. · Experience with Azure DevOps and Git. · Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. · Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. · Experience in production support and incident management. · Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills · Azure Services (Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, App Insights, Log Analytics). · Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM Templates). · Power Platform. · SFTP protocols and standards. · Messaging platforms. · Containerization and Kubernetes.
