Seeking an experienced ADP GlobalView Functional Consultant with expertise in US & Canada payroll implementations, requirements gathering, and payroll system configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView, HRIS integrations, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration and vendor-led payroll implementations is highly preferred

Lead end-to-end ADP GlobalView payroll implementations for US & Canada. Gather functional, technical, and integration requirements from Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for vendor configuration. Review and validate technical designs, integration documents, and system configurations. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and implementation partners. Ensure payroll solutions align with business needs, compliance, and technical standards. Participate in solution design reviews and vendor discussions. Support SIT, UAT, integration testing, and defect resolution. Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Provide post-implementation functional and technical suppor

5+ years of payroll or HR systems implementation experience. Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView (Mandatory). Experience integrating ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong knowledge of US & Canada payroll processes. Experience in requirements gathering, solution validation, and technical documentation. Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
