The SAP Project Manager – Functional owns the end-to-end health, evolution, and delivery of the organization's core enterprise applications — SAP ERP, SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and Kinaxis. This is a hybrid role spanning technology strategy, program delivery, vendor governance, and financial ownership, sitting at the intersection of business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

1. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap for SAP ERP, SAP IBP, and Kinaxis Partner with business units (Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing) to translate business needs into system capabilities and prioritized initiatives Evaluate upgrade paths (e.g., S/4HANA migration), platform consolidation opportunities, and emerging planning technology 2. Application Lifecycle Management Own the full lifecycle of enterprise applications — from design and implementation through steady-state support, upgrades, and eventual retirement Ensure integration and data consistency across SAP ERP, SAP IBP, and Kinaxis Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve system performance, and increase user adoption 3. Program & Delivery Management Lead full project lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional stakeholder communication Apply appropriate delivery methodology (Waterfall for large ERP programs, Agile/Scrum for iterative planning enhancements)

9+ years of experience in SAP program/project management, with at least one full lifecycle implementation (not support-only) Strong functional knowledge of SAP ERP modules relevant to the business (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI/CO) Hands-on exposure to SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) — demand planning, supply planning, S&OP Experience with Kinaxis (RapidResponse/Maestro) — planning/scenario simulation capabilities Proven vendor management experience — contracts, SLAs, escalations, partner performance Demonstrated budget ownership — forecasting, tracking, and justifying technology spend Experience managing AMS/support delivery functions and governing SLAs Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Understanding of integration between SAP ERP, IBP, and Kinaxis (APIs, middleware, e.g., SAP CPI)
