We are hiring a SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Consultant with 9–12 years of experience for our SAP MDG team. This role centers on Master Data Management, MDG Functional Configuration, Business Process & Governance, and Data Quality/Migration across S/4HANA environments.

Configure and manage Master Data Governance processes for Customer, Supplier, Finance, and Material Master data Handle Data Modelling, Process Modelling, and UI Modelling (Floorplan Manager, WebDynPro, Fiori) Design and implement Business Validation rules (Rules Modelling, Derivations, MDG API framework) Configure and manage Change Requests and Workflow processes Develop and integrate BRF+ applications for business rule automation Set up and manage Data Replication Framework (DRF) using IDoc/SOA/other integration methods Perform data harmonization, de-duplication, and mass changes on master data Manage data replication using key/value mapping, SOA web services, and ALE/IDoc Configure Event Management (Status Management, Change Documents, Business Transaction Events) Administer and debug workflows in large production environments, including SAP Security within Workflow Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance and regulatory compliance Stay current on emerging trends in MDG, including generative AI applications

Strong knowledge of Master Data (Customer, Supplier, Finance, Material) processes — mandatory Basic knowledge of SD, MM, and FI module integration — preferred Hands-on experience with SAP MDG-M / MDG-S / MDG-C / MDG-BP Expertise in BRF+, Change Requests, and Workflow configuration Working knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality Management Experience with SAP S/4HANA MDG Proven experience in Data Migration and Data Cleansing Technical understanding of BADI, BAPI/RFC/FM, Workflows, and Enterprise Services Experience configuring Data Replication Framework (DRF) Understanding of Extended Notifications
