We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance business processes, at least 1–2 full end-to-end implementation cycles, and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support — while acting as a bridge between finance stakeholders and the technical SAP team.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders through workshops and interviews Design and configure SAP FI sub-modules — General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting Configure SAP CO components — Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specification documents, configuration workbooks, and BPDs Execute unit testing, coordinate system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Manage data migration activities including legacy data mapping, LSMW / BAPI / BDC programs, and cutover validation Handle FI/CO integration with SD, MM, PP, and HR modules — resolving cross-functional issues independently Provide go-live support, post-production hyper-care, and ongoing incident resolution Support period-end, month-end, and year-end closing activities including depreciation runs and settlement cycles Collaborate with ABAP developers on custom reports, enhancements, user exits, and BADIs Conduct end-user training and prepare training materials and job aids

Minimum 4 years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience with at least 1 full end-to-end implementation Strong configuration expertise in SAP FI — chart of accounts, document splitting, parallel ledgers, payment programs, dunning Solid CO knowledge — cost element/center planning, allocation cycles, settlement rules, profitability segments Working experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (1709 / 1909 / 2020 / 2022) or equivalent ECC 6.0 Understanding of integration with SD (billing, revenue recognition), MM (GR/IR clearing), and HR (payroll posting) Experience in data migration tools — LSMW, BAPI, or SAP Data Services Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology or ASAP methodology Good understanding of accounting standards — IFRS / IND AS / US GAAP Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Information Technology
