Job Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to oversee the technical design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The Tech Lead will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions are implemented across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise combined with leadership and mentoring capabilities

Responsibilities

• 5–7 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning framewor. • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience with data migration strategies, ETL tools, and integration frameworks. • Good understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance best practices. • Proven track record of leading small-to-medium Salesforce teams or projects. • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, GitHub, Copado, Jenkins, etc.) and Agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client/stakeholder communication. • Salesforce Certifications preferred: o Salesforce Platform Developer I & II o Salesforce Service/ Sales Cloud Consultant o Application Architect (nice to have)
