We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including a minimum of 3 years working specifically with Service Cloud capabilities.

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Work extensively with Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console, and Entitlements. Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura). Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Configure Salesforce features including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, and approval processes. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications. Maintain proper documentation for technical designs and implementations.

Strong experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with Lightning Experience and Lightning Component Framework. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and automation tools. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Copado, Jenkins, Gearset, etc.). Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
