We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Cloud, and related solutions). The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and bridge the gap between business and technical teams. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing processes. • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce implementations. • Partner with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Admins to design and deliver solutions. • Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, and system impact assessments. • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and UAT with stakeholders. • Support data migration efforts by validating mapping and ensuring data quality. • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance frameworks. • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, requirements traceability, and training materials. • Act as liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. • Stay updated on Salesforce features, releases, and AppExchange solutions to recommend improvements.

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years on Salesforce platform. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Marketing Cloud experience is a plus). • Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and UAT coordination. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and working with distributed teams. • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical needs. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Administrator Certification. • Experience in financial services, telecom, or healthcare domains. • Familiarity with GenAI tools and Salesforce AI features (Einstein, Agentforce). • Experience working with global delivery teams.
