Project Manager

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of multiple technical/semi-technical projects. Coordinate with development, QA, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Translate high-level requirements into detailed project plans with milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Take full ownership of project delivery, stakeholder communication, and team performance. Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Engage with clients, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction—especially in dynamic or high-stakes environments. Ensure timely reporting and updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders. Mentor and manage junior project managers or scrum masters, where applicable. Good to have – experience in handling (Middle East) ME project / customers

5–10 years of total experience. Previous experience in a technical role (software development, QA, systems engineering, etc.). Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management. Strong experience across SAP, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, CMDB, Azure, and enterprise infrastructure. Experience delivering enterprise cutover, service transition, and service introduction. Strong Experience in ITIL Service Transition, release management, and operational governance. Extensive experience in public sector, healthcare, financial services, and telecoms. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills. Strong communication skills—both technical and non-technical. Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
