We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Full Stack and Data Science Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to execute with speed and precision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable data solutions that drive key business decisions and innovation.
• Act as a thought partner to business and product teams, identifying high-impact opportunities where data science can drive strategic value. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions. • Design and implement robust data pipelines and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. • Architect and develop full-stack applications with scalable backend and responsive frontend and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and accuracy. • Drive strategic initiatives by applying advanced analytics and experimentation techniques. • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all data science initiatives. • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and rapid iteration. • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decision-making at all levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development. • Strong command of Python, Java, ReactJS, and Node.js. • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. • Strong understanding of statistical modelling, A/B testing, and data mining techniques. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
