We are looking for a Mid-Level OTOBO Developer with 3–5 years of experience in ITSM tool customization and support. The role involves configuring, customizing, and enhancing OTOBO-based service management solutions while working closely with support and business teams.
Configure and customize OTOBO modules, workflows, and ticket processes Develop and modify OTOBO packages using Perl and OTOBO APIs Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management Integrate OTOBO with external systems and tools Troubleshoot application issues and provide L2/L3 support Maintain documentation and follow best practices
3–5 years of experience working with OTOBO or OTRS Strong knowledge of Perl, OTOBO framework, and configuration Experience with ITSM/ITIL processes Knowledge of Linux, MySQL/PostgreSQL Basic understanding of REST/SOAP integrations Good communication and problem-solving skills
