We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support for clients. You will gather business requirements, configure Oracle HCM modules, run testing and data migration, and guide stakeholders through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Conduct requirement-gathering and fit-gap workshops with HR and business stakeholders. Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules according to business needs. Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. Support data migration using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders, including validation and reconciliation. Set up approval workflows, security roles, and data access in the application. Build and modify reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts. Lead SIT and UAT cycles, resolve defects, and provide cutover and go-live support. Handle L2/L3 support tickets, quarterly release testing, and regression activities. Train end users and prepare user guides and knowledge-transfer documents. Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, fast formulas, and customizations. Mentor junior consultants (for senior-level candidates).
