We are seeking an experienced OpenText MicroFocus SMAX Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for ITSM professionals looking to advance their careers in an international environment while working with cutting-edge IT Service Management technologies

Key Responsibilities: • Implementation and Configuration: o Configure and deploy OpenText SMAX modules for ITSM and ITAM. o Customize workflows, service catalogs, and user interfaces per business needs. o Manage multi-tenant architecture and ensure optimal performance. • Solution Design: o Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business objectives. o Develop technical documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides. • Integration and Automation: o Integrate SMAX with third-party applications such as monitoring tools, Active Directory, and other IT systems. o Develop and implement automation using SMAX’s codeless capabilities or scripting where required. • Testing and Support: o Conduct system testing and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). o Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues or bugs. • Training and Knowledge Transfer: o Conduct training sessions for administrators and end-users. o Create user guides and best practice documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of technical experience on Micro Focus SMAX. • Proven experience managing and operating MicroFocus/OpenText SMAX or similar ITSM platforms. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and ITIL framework. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SMAX modules, workflows, and user interfaces. • Experience with system integrations and data migrations. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • SMAX Administrator Certified is a plus • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SMAX) are a plus.
