The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, leadership skills, and experience in mentoring teams and driving best practices.

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA teams. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development lifecycle processes. • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools. • Participate in architectural discussions and solution design. • Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.

• 7–13 years of experience in software development. • Strong expertise in .NET Core 8.0. • Hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core, Web API development. • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS. • Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular. • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
