We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead .NET Core Developer with strong AWS expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in .NET Core, microservices architecture, and AWS services, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Proficiency in C#, Web APIs, and MVC architecture Hands-on experience with AWS services, including: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda ECS / EKS CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway Experience with microservices architecture Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases Experience with Docker & Kubernetes CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Version control systems (Git) Additional Skills Experience with event-driven architecture (SQS, SNS, Kafka) Understanding of security best practices in AWS Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation / Terraform) Agile/Scrum development experience Leadership & Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments Nice to Have AWS Certification (Solutions Architect / Developer) Experience with .NET 6 / .NET 7 Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular, React) Domain experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or SaaS
