We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Lead to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of operators and technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Lead and supervise production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs Drive productivity improvements and reduce downtime Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering) Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations Analyze production data and prepare performance reports Train, mentor, and evaluate team members Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives Manage shift planning, workforce allocation, and resource utilization

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (or related field) 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows Experience with ERP/MES systems Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and team management abilities
