We are looking for a Mainframe & Midrange Services Engineer to support and automate our hosting services environment. This role focuses on maintaining mainframe and midrange operations, managing secure file transfer configurations, and driving Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation across hybrid Linux/Windows environments.

Support and maintain Mainframe and Midrange operations within Hosting Services Configure and manage Server-Agent setups for enterprise file transfer and integration workflows Administer and troubleshoot Connect:Direct for secure, reliable file transfer across systems Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) automation initiatives to reduce manual operational overhead and improve consistency Support and maintain systems across both Linux and Windows environments Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and operations teams to ensure service reliability and uptime Document configurations, processes, and runbooks for operational continuity

Background in Mainframe and/or Midrange operations Hands-on experience with Server-Agent configurations Experience with Connect:Direct or similar managed file transfer (MFT) tools Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation tools and practices Working knowledge of both Linux and Windows server environments Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills in an enterprise hosting environment
