We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain to drive business analysis initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, FRD), and stakeholder management, along with basic SQL skills for data analysis.

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across projects Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Prepare detailed documentation including BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure clarity of requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met Use basic SQL queries to analyze and validate data Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams Mentor junior business analysts (if applicable)

6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong expertise in Banking Domain (Retail/Corporate/Payments preferred) Proficiency in creating BRD, FRD, and other requirement documents Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and validation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
