IT Delivery Director – Wealth Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale technology programs for wealth management organizations. This position requires deep industry expertise, outstanding delivery governance capability, and the ability to lead complex initiatives across global teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Wealth Management and Capital Markets programs. • Establish delivery governance, execution frameworks, release plans, and risk management processes. • Drive Agile/SAFe delivery ensuring quality, predictability, and timely execution. • Align engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, and product teams. • Partner with client leadership to deliver strategic technology initiatives. • Translate business roadmaps into actionable delivery plans and milestones. • Provide expertise in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets domains. • Lead cloud modernization and migration programs, preferably on AWS and .NET Core. • Manage delivery portfolio including budgets, utilization, revenue, and margins. • Oversee contracts, vendor management, resource planning, and change requests. • Lead global onsite/offshore teams and mentor delivery managers and architects. • Drive continuous improvement through automation, governance, and process optimization.

• 15+ years of IT delivery leadership with 7+ years in Wealth or Investment Management. • Proven experience leading large-scale technology programs for Wealth Management, FinTech, or Financial Services organizations. • Strong exposure to AWS and cloud transformation initiatives. • Expertise in APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and modern engineering practices. • Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, and delivery governance. • Strong executive presence with excellent stakeholder and client management skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technology delivery strategies. • Strong decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.
