We are looking for a highly skilled Dynatrace / Splunk Observability Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace and/or Splunk for application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and troubleshooting in cloud and on-premises environments.

Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions using Dynatrace and/or Splunk. Configure Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring. Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive monitoring. Analyze application, infrastructure, and log data to identify performance bottlenecks and root causes. Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Application teams to improve system reliability and performance. Configure custom metrics, log ingestion, and distributed tracing. Support incident management, problem management, and production troubleshooting. Optimize monitoring strategies and ensure observability best practices are followed. Document monitoring architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace and/or Splunk Enterprise/Splunk Observability Cloud. Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM). Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, log analytics, and distributed tracing. Experience creating dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics. Good understanding of Linux and Windows environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with REST APIs and automation scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Knowledge of OpenTelemetry or other observability frameworks. Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow. Understanding of SRE principles and monit
