As a .NET Core + AWS Lead, you will be the technical cornerstone of the development team, bridging the gap between high-level architectural design and hands-on implementation. Operating within the Financial Domain, you will oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices on the AWS cloud. Your role involves mentoring senior developers, ensuring code quality through rigorous design patterns, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex modules, providing technical direction to the team and conducting comprehensive code reviews. Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable Microservices architectures and cloud-native applications using .NET Core and AWS. Database Management: Architect efficient data models using Entity Framework and optimize complex SQL queries for high-transaction financial systems. Process Excellence: Apply advanced Design Patterns (e.g., Repository, Factory, CQRS) to ensure code maintainability and scalability. Cloud Integration: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure components, ensuring seamless integration between backend services and cloud resources. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to refine requirements within the financial services context.

Experience: 8–14 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity. Core Backend: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Web API. Cloud Expertise: Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, API Gateway). Design & Architecture: Strong mastery of Microservices, SOLID principles, and various Design Patterns. Data Tier: Deep knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework (EF) Core. Domain Knowledge: Previous experience working within the Financial Domain (Banking, Fintech, Insurance, or Investment Trading). Frontend (Preferred): Familiarity with Angular is a significant advantage for overseeing full-stack integration
