We are looking for a seasoned Databricks Administrator with extensive hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Databricks environments. The role involves conducting technical interviews for Databricks-related positions and assessing candidates’ expertise across administration, infrastructure, and operational aspects of the platform.

Conduct in-depth technical interviews for Databricks Admin candidates. Evaluate candidates’ proficiency in Databricks workspace management, cluster configuration, user access control, and security setup. Review and validate candidates’ understanding of data pipelines, performance optimization, and cost management in Databricks. Provide structured feedback and scoring on each interview. Stay current with Databricks platform updates and best practices to ensure interview relevance. Collaborate with hiring teams to refine evaluation criteria and improve interview quality.

8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3–4 years in Databricks Administration. Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks / AWS Databricks environment setup, cluster management, and governance. Experience in workspace configuration, job scheduling, and security management (RBAC, IAM, etc.). Proficiency in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Databricks clusters and jobs. Knowledge of DevOps integration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
