We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau to transform business data into meaningful insights and interactive dashboards. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable reporting solutions.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Gather reporting and analytics requirements from business stakeholders. Develop data models, calculated measures, KPIs, and visualizations. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models. Develop Tableau dashboards, worksheets, calculated fields, parameters, and visualizations. Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure consistency across reports. Optimize dashboard performance and improve report usability. Work with data engineering and business teams to ensure accurate and reliable data. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business decision-making. Document data sources, reporting logic, KPIs, and dashboard processes.

3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau. Strong proficiency in SQL. Good understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting. Experience with Power Query, DAX, and Power BI data modelling. Strong knowledge of Tableau calculated fields, dashboards, filters, parameters, and data blending. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
