We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our analytics team supporting Citizens, a leading US-based financial services client. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions

Extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources using SQL and BI tools Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track business KPIs and metrics Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Alteryx Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and models for business teams Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support data-driven decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technology

3 to 7 years of experience in a Data Analyst or related role Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling Experience working with BI tools and building dashboards or reports Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
