We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Core HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Fusion Human Resources and Absence Management. The consultant will own the Core HR design and configuration, ensuring a stable foundation for all HCM modules, and will support clients through implementation and go-live.

Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design for Core HR and absence processes Configure Fusion Human Resources: legal entities, business units, departments, locations, jobs, positions, grades, workforce structures and person/employment models Set up workforce lifecycle transactions (hire, transfer, promotion, termination), approval workflows and security roles Configure Fusion Absence Management: absence plans, types, accruals, entitlements, eligibility and holiday calendars Prepare configuration workbooks, functional design documents and test scripts Support data migration (HDL, mapping, validation), SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare Coordinate with technical teams on reports and integrations, and provide training to client teams

10+ years of total experience in HR/HRMS or Oracle consulting 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion (Cloud) HCM experience 3+ years of end-to-end implementation experience (requirements through go-live) Strong hands-on functional experience in Fusion Human Resources and Fusion Absence Management Good understanding of HR processes and Fusion security and approval frameworks Good communication and client-facing skills
