We are looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer to manage and support cloud-based applications and infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow in cloud and platform support.
Monitor cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for uptime and performance Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues Support deployments and environment configurations Work with DevOps teams on basic automation tasks Maintain logs, alerts, and system health dashboards
5+ years in Cloud Support / IT Support / Application Support Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure Familiarity with Linux and networking basics Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, etc.) Good problem-solving and communication skills
