We are looking for an experienced Cloud Identity & Migration Engineer with strong hands-on skills in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, and AWS Identity & Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Workspace to M365 migrations and Azure AD → AWS SAML 2.0 federation setup across multiple accounts.

Microsoft 365 & Azure AD Lead end-to-end migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, including mailboxes, calendars, files, and shared drives. Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, users, groups, identity governance, conditional access, and security features. Implement M365 security, compliance, MFA, DLP, and identity protection policies. Troubleshoot identity sync issues (Azure AD Connect / Entra ID sync). Google Workspace Assess existing Workspace configuration, user setup, and storage usage. Plan and execute Workspace → M365 migration using tools like BitTitan, Google Workspace Migrate, or native tools. Handle DNS updates, cutover strategy, post-migration validation, and user communication. AWS IAM & SAML Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) between Azure AD and AWS using SAML 2.0 federation. Configure AWS IAM roles, trust relationships, and identity provider setup. Support SSO setup across multiple AWS accounts (Organizations). Troubleshoot user access issues and improve role-based access policies.

Hands-on experience in: Google Workspace administration Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams) Azure AD / Entra ID AWS IAM, STS, SAML 2.0 Strong understanding of: Identity federation Role-based access control (RBAC) Conditional Access M365 migration best practices Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
