We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in SQL, strong communication skills, and extensive experience working with US clients. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience in the Wealth Management domain and be comfortable operating within an Offshore Development Center (ODC) environment, collaborating with global stakeholders.

Act as a primary liaison between US-based clients and offshore delivery teams Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs Perform advanced data analysis using SQL for large datasets to derive actionable insights Support Wealth Management initiatives such as portfolio management, client reporting, performance analysis, and financial data processing Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle including BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions in an ODC setup Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, QA, Product, and Development) Identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices within the team

Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (complex queries, joins, performance tuning, data validation) Proven experience working directly with US clients/stakeholders Recent (3–4 years) hands-on experience in the Wealth Management domain Experience working in an ODC (Offshore Development Center) environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of financial instruments: equities, fixed income, derivatives, mutual funds, and portfolios Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in Wealth Management Exposure to data warehousing and ETL processes Key Competencies: Stakeholder & Client Management (US Clients) Data Analysis & Interpretation Communication & Presentation Skills Leadership & Mentoring Attention to Detail & Business Acumen Work Environment: Offshore Development Center (ODC) model supporting global clients Flexible to work in overlapping US time zones when required Why Join Us: Opportunity to work closely with global (US) clients Exposure to complex Wealth Management solutions Leadership role with mentoring opportunities Collaborative and high-impact work environment
