We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in BFSI to support requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of banking and financial workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments. Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements. Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect resolution. Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify areas for automation or improvement. Participate in project planning, sprint discussions, and status meetings. Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory standards and risk controls. Serve as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and requirements walkthroughs.
5–10 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience within the BFSI domain. Strong understanding of banking operations Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FSDs, use cases, user stories, and wireframes. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders at multiple levels. Familiarity with digital banking, workflow systems, and API-based integrations is a plus.
