Inviting applications for the role of GenAI Solution Architect – Senior Principal consultant (Azure), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing cloud-based infrastructure and solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, and ensure that cloud architectures are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Expertise in Azure cloud platform, • Azure OpenAI Service (GPT 4/4 Turbo, GPT 4o, embeddings, fine tuning). • Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search (Vector Search), Azure Machine Learning. • Azure Cognitive Services (Document Intelligence, Vision, Speech, Language). • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for scalable model deployment. • Designing enterprise grade RAG solutions using: • Azure AI Search with vector indexing • Azure Cognitive Search • Embedding model selection & optimization • Knowledge of chunking strategies, retrieval evaluation, grounding techniques. • Guide the dev team on GenAI components. • Design and develop GenAI solution in different cloud platform • Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration techniques to build accurate and reliable AI systems • Integrate agentic components into enterprise applications with monitoring, observability, human-in-the-loop flows, and feedback loops • Review code and maintain technical quality across the team. • Unblock devs when they face technical issues or defects. • Work with all teams integrated with Data Agent and understand how each connection works. • Help shape the integration workflow, discuss options, and finalize the approach. • Good understanding of GenAI-related components. • Development and Deployment of atleast one GenAI model is mandatory and expertise in any one cloud platform to handle GenAI solution is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure solutions • Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions and enterprise web applications • Strong understanding of cloud native architecture principles, networking, security, and database concepts • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects • Development and deployment of GenAI Solution in Azure cloud [Mandatory] Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK) • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development • Experience with modern architecture techniques (e.g., event-driven architectures, stream processing, event sourcing/CQRS) • Familiarity with containerization and PaaS tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise, Azure Stack) • Strong client management and professional presence
