We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of AI-powered applications, chatbots, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will monitor AI systems, validate AI-generated outputs, troubleshoot workflow issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AI operations.

Monitor AI agents, chatbots, and automation workflows to ensure smooth operations. Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality. Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate AI workflow failures or operational issues. Perform basic testing of AI prompts and workflows before deployment. Monitor AI performance, response quality, and operational metrics. Document issues, observations, and resolutions for continuous improvement. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to resolve AI-related issues. Maintain AI knowledge bases, prompts, and operational documentation. Generate periodic reports on AI usage, workflow performance, and operational health. Stay updated with emerging AI tools and best practices.
