Nicheton has it's own hiring and recruitment platform helping companies, recruiters, staffing firms, training institutes and job seekers hire faster. Our platform combines recruiting technology, AI powered tools and workflow automation to simplify hiring. As an AI Engineer Intern, you will work directly on real products used by recruiters and employers. This is not a research internship. You will build production ready AI features that become part of the platform. We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Engineer Intern who enjoys solving real business problems using Artificial Intelligence and modern software development practices. You should have a strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET Core and software development along with an interest in AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Models. You will be involved in designing and building AI powered tools, automations and intelligent features across the ecosystem.

* Design and develop AI powered features for the platform. * Build intelligent recruitment and HR automation tools. * Develop scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core and SQL Server. * Integrate AI APIs including OpenAI and other LLM providers. * Build prompt engineering workflows and AI agents. * Develop Resume Parsing, Resume Evaluation and Candidate Matching solutions. * Create AI based search, recommendation and ranking algorithms. * Work with REST APIs and third party integrations. * Optimize application performance, security and scalability. * Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to deliver new features. * Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

* Strong programming skills in C#. * Good knowledge of ASP.NET Core / .NET Core. * Understanding of Object Oriented Programming. * Knowledge of SQL Server and database design. * Experience building REST APIs. * Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap. * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts. * Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs). * Understanding of Prompt Engineering. * Knowledge of Git and version control. * Good analytical and problem solving skills. Preferred Skills: * Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar AI platforms. * Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). * Understanding of Vector Databases. * Experience with Semantic Search. * Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals. * Experience using Azure AI, Azure OpenAI or Microsoft AI services. * Understanding of AI Agents and workflow automation. * Experience building AI powered applications or personal projects. * Knowledge of recruitment technology or HRTech is an advantage. Eligibility: * Final year BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSc Computer Science students. * Recent graduates passionate about AI and software engineering. * Candidates with personal AI projects, GitHub repositories or hackathon experience will be preferred.
