Configure and maintain workflows in low-code platforms Support automation and orchestration of business processes Assist in API integrations and data flow management Troubleshoot workflow and system issues Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes Document workflows and system configurations
3+ years of experience in Application Support / Automation / SaaS platforms Basic understanding of APIs and integrations Exposure to tools like ServiceNow / PowerApps / Zapier / Workato (any one) Interest in workflow automation and low-code technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills
