We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional or techno-functional expertise in one or more Workday modules and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and Finance solutions.

Configure and maintain Workday modules based on business requirements. Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions. Support Workday implementation, enhancements, and production issues. Create reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and business processes. Perform Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, or APIs (if applicable). Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams. Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday. Participate in Workday biannual release planning and feature adoption

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials. Experience in one or more modules: Core HCM Recruiting Talent & Performance Compensation Absence Time Tracking Payroll Benefits Learning Prism Analytics Financials
