We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive/Trainee to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist in production processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Assist in daily production activities and ensure targets are met Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities Maintain production records and documentation Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Support quality checks and inspections of raw materials and finished goods Coordinate with senior staff and supervisors for workflow management Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S practices) Assist in inventory handling and stock verification (if applicable)

Required Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes up to 2 years of experience
