We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive who specializes in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have prior experience sourcing and recruiting for technical roles and a strong understanding of IT skill sets. Candidates with only IT recruitment experience will be considered.
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies and levels. 2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. 3. Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical requirements. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 5. Maintain the recruitment reports. 6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. 7. Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 8. Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications and team requirements
0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic hiring). Strong understanding of IT terminologies (Java, Microsoft Technologies, Python, Cloud, DevOps, AI related technologies etc.). Hands-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
