We're looking for a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data & analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform complex datasets into clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations that drive business decisions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to design, build, and maintain Tableau solutions that deliver real insight.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau Translate business requirements into effective, user-friendly visualizations Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL databases, cloud warehouses, APIs, Excel, etc.) Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy Write and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction and transformation Collaborate with data engineers to build clean, reliable data pipelines for reporting Implement row-level security and manage user access/permissions in Tableau Server/Cloud Conduct QA testing on dashboards to ensure accuracy before deployment Train business users on how to interact with and interpret dashboards Stay updated on Tableau best practices, new features, and industry trends Document dashboard logic, data sources, and calculated fields for maintainability

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau Desktop/Server/Cloud Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions, performance tuning) Experience with data modeling and understanding of star/snowflake schemas Familiarity with LOD expressions, calculated fields, parameters, and table calculations Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Experience with at least one relational database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail and a strong sense of data storytelling/UX for dashboards
