We are looking for an SRE / Performance Test Engineer to join our infrastructure reliability team. This role combines site reliability engineering, infrastructure automation, and performance/resiliency testing — you'll be responsible for automating infrastructure provisioning, validating system performance under load, and ensuring our platforms can recover reliably from failure scenarios across hybrid Linux/Windows and containerized environments.

Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible (AAP) and Terraform (TFE) Develop Python-based scripts and tooling to support automation, testing, and monitoring workflows Plan, execute, and analyze performance and load testing across applications and infrastructure Design and validate Resiliency & Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including failover and recovery testing Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot workloads on OpenShift/Kubernetes Build and maintain DevOps & CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing, deployment, and infrastructure delivery

Hands-on experience with Ansible (AAP – Ansible Automation Platform) Strong experience with Dynatrace for observability and performance monitoring Hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes environments Experience with Terraform (TFE), Python, and Linux/Windows administration Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring Experience with Resiliency & DR planning and testing Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Ability to build dashboards and reporting for monitoring/telemetry data
