We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer & Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical development skills (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer, APIs) with practical platform support responsibilities — monitoring, triaging, and resolving issues across ITSM, CMDB, and SPM modules. This is a hybrid role suited to someone who can both build new functionality and sustain day-to-day platform stability in an enterprise, Agile-driven environment.

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using Glide APIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions Build and optimize workflows and automations using Flow Designer, Subflows, and Decision Tables Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Variable Sets Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and third-party systems, including authentication (OAuth 2.0), error handling, and data synchronization Work with Import Sets, Data Sources, and Transform Maps for data migration and integration needs Contribute to CMDB configuration, CI class management, and data accuracy (Discovery/MID Server exposure a plus) Support SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module configuration and enhancements Optionally contribute to ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping) or HRSD module work, depending on project needs

4+ years of ServiceNow development and support experience Expert-level understanding of Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and API integrations Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, and SPM (ITOM or HRSD experience is a plus) Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with Agile/Scrum delivery ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory) CAD certification (preferred) ITSM or CMDB Implementation Specialist certifications (a plus) Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
