We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications. The role involves working closely with business and IT teams to deliver efficient ITSM solutions and platform enhancements.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules Configure and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows Build and customize ServiceNow forms, tables, and integrations Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployments Support platform upgrades and enhancements Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability

3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM module Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, and catalog items Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Strong problem-solving and communication skills
